Privacy Policy

Last updated September 30, 2026

This policy explains how Sales On Demand (“we”), based in Las Vegas, Nevada, handles personal information in the Intent On Demand service. It covers two groups of people: our customers and their teammates who use the portal, and the people our customers learn about through the service (such as visitors to a customer's website).

Information about our customers

  • Account details: name, work email, company name and website, and team members you invite.
  • Billing: handled by Stripe. We keep the plan, payment status and a customer reference, not your full card number.
  • Usage: sign-ins, settings, and a log of when profiles are viewed, exported or sent to other tools.
  • Connections: keys or access tokens for tools you connect, stored encrypted and used only to send data where you asked.

We use this to run, secure and bill for the service, to send account and alert emails, and to support you.

Information about the people in our customers' data

When a customer installs our pixel, it records page visits on their website. Our data provider matches those visits, where it can, to business and contact details such as name, job title, company, email address, phone number and social profile. Customers can also build audiences of people showing interest in topics, from the same provider's data. This information is held in the customer's workspace for that customer's sales and marketing; we process it on the customer's behalf and don't sell it to anyone else.

Each customer is responsible for telling their own website visitors about this and for honoring their choices. If you want to know what a particular business holds about you, or want it removed, contact that business. You can also write to us at the address below and we will pass your request on, and add you to that customer's do-not-contact list where we can.

Who we share information with

Only service providers that help run the service, under contracts that limit their use of it:

  • Hosting and database: Vercel and Supabase
  • Background processing: Trigger.dev
  • Payments: Stripe
  • Email delivery: Resend
  • Visitor identification and audience data: AudienceLab
  • Ad delivery, when a customer runs ads: our advertising platform partner
  • Tools a customer connects themselves, such as their CRM or Facebook ad account

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

Cookies

The portal uses a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in and stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser. Our public sign-up page uses Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to measure our own marketing. You can block these in your browser settings.

Security and retention

Each customer's data is kept separate from other customers' at the database level, connection keys are encrypted, and access to profiles is logged. We keep data while the account is active, and may delete it after the account is closed. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll notify affected customers of a breach as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states), you may have the right to know, correct or delete personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. Email us to make a request; we'll verify it and respond within the time the law sets. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

The service is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16.
